Please read these carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Services Provided
Locally Listed LLC provides rental search assistance, moving coordination, cleaning services, and flexible payment options. Services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
2. Not a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage
Locally Listed LLC is not a licensed real estate agency, real estate brokerage, or property management company. We do not provide legal representation, real estate brokerage services, or act as an agent for landlords, property owners, or tenants. Our services are strictly limited to assistance, coordination, and general support.
3. No Guarantee of Rental Qualification
Locally Listed LLC does not guarantee that any customer will qualify for or be approved for a rental property. Approval decisions are made solely by landlords, property owners, or management companies, based on their independent requirements. Qualification is dependent on, but not limited to:
- The property owner or manager’s criteria,
- The applicant’s financial situation,
- Rental history, credit background, and other personal circumstances.
You acknowledge that all rental outcomes are outside of Locally Listed LLC’s control.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login or booking details.
- You may not misuse our services, including engaging in fraudulent activity, providing false information, or attempting to circumvent landlord or management requirements.
5. Payments and Fees
- All service fees will be disclosed prior to booking.
- Payment must be made in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.
- Additional costs may apply depending on property condition, location, or customer requests.
- Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe provided at booking.
- Certain services (including but not limited to coordination fees or third-party services) may be non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7. Third-Party Services
Some of our offerings may involve referrals to, or coordination with, independent third-party providers (e.g., movers, cleaners, landlords, property managers). Locally Listed LLC is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of third-party services,
- Any disputes between you and a third-party provider,
- Losses or damages caused by third parties.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Locally Listed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and materials provided by Locally Listed LLC (including logos, graphics, service descriptions, and text) is the property of Locally Listed LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing our services and will not be sold to third parties. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Locally Listed LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Company’s home state, unless otherwise required by law.

Locally Listed LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services designed to make your property shine. Our goal is to deliver safe, high-quality cleaning while ensuring both your property and our team are protected.
Our Services
We offer a range of cleaning services, which may include:
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- General surface sanitization
Additional services may be available upon request and could incur extra fees.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe service, customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate property details, including access instructions and any special cleaning requirements.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before service.
- Avoid hazardous or unsafe conditions (biohazards, mold, pest infestations, or unsafe environments).
Property Condition and Risk Assessment
- Before cleaning, Locally Listed LLC may document the property’s condition, including photos of any visible damages or hazardous conditions.
- We reserve the right to assess any potential risks or liabilities before beginning work.
- At our sole discretion, we may refuse or discontinue cleaning services at any time if a property poses safety or liability concerns.
Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, excessive buildup, or damage caused by prior neglect or unsafe conditions.
- Services do not include heavy lifting, structural repairs, or specialized restoration unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Payments and Fees
- All service fees will be confirmed before scheduling.
- Additional charges may apply depending on property condition, location, or requested services.
- Payment is due according to the terms outlined at booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 24- hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined at the time of booking.
Liability
- Locally Listed LLC exercises reasonable care while providing services.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damages to unsecured fragile items.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Listed by Locally Listed LLC lets customers split rent, down payments, and other eligible rental-related fees into four (4) easy payments, powered by Afterpay. Enjoy financial flexibility while keeping your rental process simple and secure.
Afterpay (BNPL) Services
How It Works
- Divide rent, down payment, or eligible fees into four equal payments.
- Payments are processed through Afterpay.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Listed by Locally Listed LLC, you must:
- Have a valid lease with a legible, licensed property manager or management company. Private owners are not accepted.
- Ensure that all other rental-related fees are paid to a licensed and registered company, not an individual.
- Complete property and identity verification; approval is at the Company’s sole discretion.
Fees
- 12% processing fee applies to all transactions.
- Additional fees may apply if special conditions exist for the property or payment.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Make all payments on time per the Afterpay schedule.
- Understand that Locally Listed LLC is not responsible for late payments, penalties, or fees.
- Repay Afterpay according to your agreement, regardless of property or landlord issues.
Limitations and Liability
- Listed by Locally Listed LLC is only a payment facilitator. We do not guarantee:
- Landlord approval
- Lease acceptance
- Rental qualification
- The Company is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes from late payments, lease issues, or property matters.
Amendments and Termination
- Locally Listed LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Listed service at any time without notice.
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms and conditions.
Credit Cards
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of Listed by Locally Listed LLC’s payment processing service for rent and moving-related costs. By using this service, customers agree to comply with all outlined terms and conditions.
2. Service Overview
Customers may pay their rent or other moving-related costs using their credit card through the Listed by Locally Listed LLC platform. Payments are processed with a service fee, which varies based on the transaction amount.
3. Payment Method
- Payments must be made directly to the registered company or property manager associated with the account.
- Accepted payment method: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or other supported cards).
4. Processing Fees
- For transactions under $2000: A 10% processing fee will be applied to the total payment amount.
- For transactions of $2000 and above: A 12% processing fee will be applied to the total payment amount.
- The processing fee will be calculated and displayed prior to payment confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
- Amount Due: The full payment (including the processing fee) must be made before the payment can be processed.
- Payment Timing: Payments are processed within 2-3 business days of submission.
6. Payment Restrictions
- Payments are for services related to rent or moving-related costs only.
- Payments made using the platform cannot be transferred for cash or refunded unless specified under company policy or legal requirement.
- Verification: All payments are subject to verification by Listed by Locally Listed LLC and the property manager or registered company involved.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will only be considered if the transaction was incorrectly processed or a duplicate payment occurred. Any other refund requests are subject to the registered company or property manager’s refund policies.
- Once a payment is processed, cancellations cannot be made.

8. Liability
Listed by Locally Listed LLC is not responsible for any disputes between customers and registered companies or property managers. Customers must resolve payment issues directly with the company or property manager.
9. Security
- Payments made through Listed by Locally Listed LLC are secured through industry-standard encryption protocols.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their credit card details are correct and secure during the transaction.
10. Changes to Terms
- Listed by Locally Listed LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
- Continued use of the service after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, the customer agrees to contact Listed by Locally Listed LLC and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be handled according to the dispute resolution policy of the registered company or property manager.
