1. Refunds

• All service fees are non-refundable, except under unique circumstances that are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Locally Listed LLC.

Refund Policy for Payments Processed via Listed by Locally Listed LLC


1. General Policy Overview

Once a payment has been processed and the respective business owner (or property manager) has received the funds, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances, and any refund request will be subject to a 6% refund processing fee.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be approved under the following conditions:

  • Transaction Not Fully Completed: The transaction must not be fully completed. If the payment was successfully processed but not fully finalized by the business owner or property manager, a refund may be considered.
  • Refund Request: The customer must request a refund in writing or via the customer service channel provided by Listed by Locally Listed LLC. This request should be submitted as soon as the customer realizes the issue, and no later than 7 days after the transaction date. Only if the transaction has not been paid to the property or business owner, will a refund be reviewed. Any disputes regarding payment after the transaction has been processed will need to be settled with the company or agency that received the payment.

3. Refund Processing Fee

All refunds are subject to a 6% refund fee, which will be deducted from the original payment amount. This fee covers processing and administrative costs associated with the refund.

4. Refund Request Procedure

  • Customers wishing to request a refund must contact Listed by Locally Listed LLC within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on the status of the transaction and the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • If the transaction has been completed and the business owner or property manager has received the funds, a refund will not be approved.

5. Refund Timing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Completed Payments: Once payment has been fully processed and the business owner or property manager is in possession of the funds, the payment is considered final, and no refund will be issued.
  • Service Fees: Processing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned in any circumstance.

7. Exceptions

  • Legal Compliance: If applicable law requires a refund to be issued, Listed by Locally Listed LLC will comply with any legal requirements.
  • Mistaken or Duplicate Transactions: Refunds may be considered if a mistaken or duplicate payment has been made, subject to the refund policy and 6% fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Cleaning Services


1. General Policy Overview

To secure cleaning services, a $25.00 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation request is made after the specified cancellation period. The following outlines the conditions under which a cancellation or refund may be requested and processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: If the consumer cancels the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the $25.00 deposit will not be refunded.

3. Deposit Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the $25.00 deposit.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the $25.00 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • If the customer wishes to reschedule their cleaning service, the $25.00 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment as long as the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window. However, if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit is still non-refundable, and a new deposit may be required to schedule the cleaning for another time.

5. No Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up for the scheduled cleaning appointment without prior cancellation, the $25.00 deposit will be non-refundable. The business reserves the right to charge the customer for the full service fee, in addition to retaining the deposit.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests, if eligible, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit.

7. Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or other valid reasons for not being able to cancel in time, the business may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or reschedule the appointment without retaining the deposit.
